Items shipped by kwkap can be returned within 14 days of receiving the shipment in most cases. Items received damaged, defective, used, missing parts, or not as described, can be returned within 30 days of receiving the shipment. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
You can check the refunded payment method and refund status on your orders.
Note: After the shipping company receives your item, it can take up to one week to receive and process your return request. After the return request is processed, it may take 5-7 days for the refund to appear on your payment card statement.

If your refund status shows that it has been refunded in your account and the above time has passed and you have not received your refund, please contact your bank for more information.
